Christopher Gardner ChPP is chartered project manager with a diverse background having worked in five continents (Europe, central Aisia, central Africa, South America, Australia), across different sectors in both infrastructure and buildings. He brings a wealth of experience in leadership, management and delivery expertise, providing a unique service offering to clients. With a proven track record in managing mega projects and forming successful teams, Chris has a history of success across the whole project life cycle.

  • Project and Programme Management: A chartered project manager (ChPP) with the Association for Project Management, recognising a career of successfully managing a diverse range of international projects valuing hundreds of millions.
  • Association for Project Management’s Project Management Qualification (APM PMQ): The UK’s leading project management assessment and qualification.
  • Leadership: Premier leadership training as an officer in the British Army, developed over operational deployments and honed working in complex teams within the construction industry.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining effective relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Design Management: Coordinating and managing the design process to ensure alignment and support delivery.
  • Procurement: Managing the procurement process of both consultants and contractors, providing value and transparency.
  • Scheduling: Developing and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Commercial and Contract Administration: Effectively managing contracts, from supporting Clients in selecting the appropriate form to delivering the works. Gained the NEC 4 Project Manager Accreditation: qualified to administer and manage the internationally acclaimed NEC suit of contracts.
