Charter Hall – Airds Rd Logistics Estate

Project Value: Circa $65m

The Airds Rd Logisitcs Estate consists of circa 50,000 ㎡ across 3 buildings of pre-leased and speculatively developed warehouse and distribution facilities. Members of our team provided design management, development approvals management, interface management, procurement management, project management, and superintendency and contract administration services for the concept through to delivery.

Barings – Wilton Industrial Park

Project Value: Confidential

The Wilton Industrial Park consists of circa 250,000 ㎡ more than a dozen buildings on a circa 90 hectare site that includes a significant area of ecologically sensitive and protected cumberland plain woodland. The development is in the process of re-zoning before progressing through into the development approvals and delivery. Members of our team provided design management, development approvals management, interface management, procurement management, project management, and superintendency and contract administration services for the concept through to delivery.

Woolworths / Primary Connect - Moorebank Campus

Project Value: Circa $350m

Located in the Moorebank Intermodal Precinct, the Woolworths National and Regional Distribution Centres are the next generation of highly automated distribution centres that will transform Woolworth’s supply chain and logistics. Members of our team provided design management, interface management, procurement management, project management, and superintendency and contract administration services for the delivery of these purpose-built facilities.

Charter Hall – Motorway Logistics Estate Stage 3

Project Value: Circa $55m

The Motorway Stage 3 facility in Berrinba consists of circa 26,000 ㎡ of temperature controlled pharmaceutical warehouse and distribution centre, including an automated OSR shuttle system and a-frame for order picking. Members of our team provided design management, interface management, procurement management, project management, and superintendency and contract administration services for the concept through to delivery of this highly sophisticated facility.

Hale Capital - Multi-Storey Warehouse & Distribution Facilities

Project Value: $250m

Spanning multiple sites in the Sydney Metro region, Hale Capital acquired and developed 4 different multi-storey ramp up warehouse and distribution centres. Members of our team provided design management, interface management, development approvals management, procurement management, project management, and superintendency and contract administration services for the concept through to delivery of these leading edge facilities.

Pacific National - East Coast Terminal Strategy

Project Details: Confidential

Pacific National was developing the strategy for its network of terminals across the East-Coast. Members of our team worked closely with Pacific National in an advisory capacity to support the site selection, commercial strategy, financial feasibility assessment, business case development, technical concept and operational design, staging, packaging and procurement strategy and navigating the stakeholder and planning approvals processes.

Qube Logistics & Logos Property - Moorebank Intermodal Precinct

Project Value: $3b

The 243Ha Moorebank Intermodal Precinct is Australia’s largest intermodal freight precinct comprising 850,000m 2 of co-located warehousing and a capacity to handle over 1.5M twenty-foot equivalent units across an interstate and fully-automated import-export terminal. The development required major civil, precinct infrastructure, rail, road, warehousing, terminal and automation works. Across 2016-2023, members of our team led the project and commercial management and provided technical, strategic and commercial advisory services to develop, deliver and transition the precinct into operations.

Stockland - Intermodal Terminal & Industrial Precinct

Project Value: Confidential

Stockland was undertaking the planning for the future development of an intermodal and industrial precinct. Members of our team provided project management, design management, interface management and advisory services to oversee the master planning, terminal layout and design concepts, warehousing designs, impact assessments, as well as the development of the business case scope and market interaction roadmap.

Hutchison Ports Australia - Port Botany Terminal 3 Expansion

Project Value: Circa $350m

The project involved the construction of a new five-berth container terminal over 46ha of reclaimed land. The project required major civil and rail infrastructure works and was delivered in two Phases; with Phase 1 including the installation of 4 Quay Cranes and 6 Automatic Stacking Cranes (ASCs) and Phase 2 providing an additional 6 ASCs. Members of our team led the project, design and interface management of the works.

NSW Ports / Sydney Ports Corporation - Port Botany Expansion

Project Value: $600m

The Port Botany Expansion project was a major expansion of the container port facilities in order to double the port’s capacity and cater for long term trade growth in Sydney’s import and export markets. Members of our team provided project, design and commercial management for the works.

Greystar – 469 – 485 Zillmere Road, Zillmere

The industrial facility in Zillmere consists of circa 24,000 ㎡ across 2 buildings of speculatively developed warehouse facilities with offices designed and built to achieve 5-star Greenstar rating. Members of our team provided design management, development approvals management, interface management, procurement management, project management, and superintendency and contract administration services for the concept through to delivery of this institutional grade logistics facility.

Greystar – 973 Fairfield Road, Yeerongpilly

Located within the tightly held Yeerongpilly precinct, the industrial facility consists of circa 10,000 ㎡ speculative warehouse facility with an office designed and built to achieve a 5-star Greenstar rating. Members of our team provided design management, development approvals management, interface management, procurement management, project management, and superintendency and contract administration services for the concept through to delivery.

Aliro – Citiswitch Lot 40, Hume Drive, Bundamba

Elevation at Citiswich, Hume Drive, Bundamba, comprising circa 21ha, is an industrial development site bounded by Hume Drive, River Road, and Warner Road. The Citiswich Estate is strategically situated in the established industrial precinct of Bundamba, with immediate connectivity to Warrego Highway (M2), Cunningham Highway (M15) and Ipswich Motorway (M2/M7). Christopher Gardner ChPP is chartered project manager with a diverse background having worked in five continents (Europe, central Aisia, central Africa, South America, Australia), across different sectors in both infrastructure and buildings. He brings a wealth of experience in leadership, management and delivery expertise, providing a unique service offering to clients. With a proven track record in managing mega projects and forming successful teams, Chris has a history of success across the whole project life cycle.
