Project Director

Dan has over 15 years’ experience as a construction industry professional working in both Australia (12 years) and the Middle East (5 years).

He has extensive experience across industrial, resource, infrastructure and commercial developments, working for D+C Main Contractors and Client-side consultancy services.

Dan’s skills and capabilities span the whole project life cycle from business case through to funding, authorities, procurement, delivery and completion.

With a background in Electrical Engineering and Building Services, Dan also specializes in providing technical solutions, integration of specialist equipment, and methodologies for delivering and commissioning complex MEP and ITC infrastructure.

Dan has also formed and managed a variety of ECI and D+C contract types for complex projects and is an experienced Project Director and Superintendent. He brings a wealth of complex technical and contractual experience, adding value across the lifecycle of your project:

Brad Moody

Brad has 10 years’ experience advising clients across the development of complex multi-billion-dollar capital projects in the infrastructure sector, from front-end strategy, feasibility, planning, procurement and delivery, into operations.
Brad leads the Modalus Advisory service offering, having prior long-term advisory experience at both Deloitte and Advisian.

Brad works with clients to optimise the development of major projects, through advising on where and how to deploy capital, and providing commercial rigour to assess, procure and deliver projects aligned to strategic business. objectives. Brad has worked with both public and private sector clients across a diverse portfolio of major multi-billion-dollar capital projects, with a focus on the transport, freight and logistics and industrial property sectors. He has played a leading role in the development and delivery of major rail, intermodal freight terminals and industrial precincts across the East-Coast of Australia.

Radim has over 20 years’ experience in project and design management, Interface Management, Design co-ordination, construction surveillance and supervision in a wide range of transport and infrastructure projects. He has undertaken projects for a range of private clients and government agencies including TfNSW, RMS, Sydney Trains, SACL and Hutchison Ports.

Syne is detail orientated and highly committed project manager and quantity surveyor who has over 12 years’ experience in the construction industry. Syne’s experience spans the industrial, commercial, health and social infrastructure, and transportation sectors, having worked with consultancy firms in Australia, Singapore & Malaysia.

Commencing her career working as a structural engineer, Michelle is passionate about the built environment and the multidisciplinary aspect the industry offers. She harnesses both a creative and analytical mindset to solve problems. Our new Senior Project Manager joining our Sydney Industrial team is a results driven project management professional with over 12 years of industry experience spanning across commercial, infrastructure and complex construction projects. He has a diverse set of capabilities and background from having performed roles as a superintendent’s representative / engineer to contract, consultant project manager, construction project engineer, quantity surveyor, and most recently has spent the last 4 years as consortium manager of a $750m Public Private Partnership for NZ Justice Department.

Our new Project Manager joining our Sydney Industrial team is a highly skilled project management professional, who has extensive experience delivering exceptional project and program outcomes for a range of government clients including Defence, Australian Federal Police (AFP) and Australian Parliament House (APH). She combines practical skills in communication and stakeholder engagement, with project knowledge, to lead and deliver complex activities across all aspects of the project lifecycle and is experienced as a PM/CA (Project Management Contract Administrator), working embedded as a client-side Project Manager in clients teams and in a PMO (Program Management Office) environment.

Christopher Gardner ChPP is chartered project manager with a diverse background having worked in five continents (Europe, central Aisia, central Africa, South America, Australia), across different sectors in both infrastructure and buildings.
